Wikipedia has more on Gymnophobia
Gymnophobia (from Greek gumnos, "naked") is the fear of nudity. Sufferers may get scared if they see someone naked or even when being naked, so they avoid to shower, use washroom, change clothes, going to beaches, and even go in the swimming pools. Sufferers would think that nakedness would keep them exposed and unprotected. The fear is often caused by the dreadful feeling of seeing people naked, even through the television or movie. Gymnophobia is especially common amongst children undergoing puberty, commonly due to peer pressure, bullying, and fear of exposing sexual organs.
Symptoms of gymnophobia includes shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and vomiting. This fear is often treated using exposure therapy which involves seeing oneself naked under controlled conditions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or medications.
