Aerophobia (from Greek aero, "air") is the fear of air. People sufferers from aerophobia may be caused by unpleasant experiences involving air, such as things getting blown away by the wind, or even things getting damaged by stormy weather. Others may be caused by swallowing air too much which made them worry that too much air in the stomach could cause disease, getting blasted by air that made them shiver, and even running. Aerophobes would avoid going outside as well as opening any windows around the house, getting near the people who is walking, run, turning on fans, turning on AC, and using hair dryer.
